Nytch: Personalized Secondhand Shopping Now in Sacramento

Q: How much does it cost to use Nytch’s services?

A: Nothing!  The app is completely free.  When you make a request and receive a recommendation through the app.  You have the option of purchasing the item through the app or purchasing your item in-store.  There are no added charges or fees.  You pay the regular retail price of the item.

Q: Where are Nytch’s services available?

A: Nytch has partnered with Goodwills in the Columbia – Willamette area of Oregon and Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada.  Check out the specific locations here.

Q: Does Nytch ship?

A: Shipping is not available at this time. Users need to go to the Goodwill store to pick up their items.

Q: How long does it take to get a recommendation after making a request in the app?

A: I have made multiple requests for items ranging from crockpots to purses, and children’s shoes.  I received personalized recommendations within 24 hours or less of making my requests.
